BX/100 FLUSHABLE POUCH LINERS, OPENING UP TO 57MM, SIZE 14.5CM X 20.5CM

They have narrowed the neck of the bag. I have been experiencing more leakage than I ever had which means I also often have to replace all appliances required for my colostomy which can be very expensive, especially given the price of item 11204. The waste pools at the neck area and then backs up under the skin barrier and eventually leaks out. Have never experienced so many messes in all the years I have had my colostomy. Do you still have the previous style? Can I return my recent order?

These liners are wonderful. Can’t imagine not having them available. Highly recommended as a user of a year and half so far.
