A lot of customers call us with an old box or package in front of them and read us the product number. Sometimes they’re trying to reorder something they’ve used for years. Other times, they’ve recently come home from the hospital and are looking for a product they were introduced to there.

If ostomy care is new to you, you may be seeing pouches, barriers, rings, and accessories for the first time. If you’ve recently started using a catheter, you may be trying to find the same product you used at the hospital. Even when you know what you’re looking for, different sizes, product numbers, and options can make things confusing.

Having the product name or number is often a good place to start. We can help you find a product we carry, check something you’ve ordered from us before, or help you locate a specific product number.

Reordering products you already use

For many customers, the easiest order is the one they have placed before.

If you’ve ordered from Payless Medical in the past, your previous purchase can help you identify the same item again. This can be especially useful when packaging has changed or when two products look very similar online.
