Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to make the return process as seamless as possible. Please review our return policy below for a comprehensive understanding of our procedures.

  1. Returns and Refunds:
  • Orders may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Orders exceeding the 30-day window are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Items beyond 90 days from the purchase date are non-returnable.
  1. Refused or Returned Orders:
  • A $10 fee will be applied for refused orders, deducted from the credited amount.
  • A Return Authorization Number (RA) must be obtained before initiating the return process.
  1. Inspection and Eligibility:
  • Credit will be issued upon the thorough inspection of returned products.
  • Items deemed unsuitable for resale will be rejected and returned to the customer.
  1. Packaging Requirements:
  • Merchandise must be in its original packaging, unopened, and sealed if applicable.
  • Products with markings, stickers, or damaged packaging will not be accepted upon inspection.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Special order items, sterile items, products rendered unsaleable upon opening, and those marked as final sale are non-returnable.

Order Errors:

  • If an error is identified within your order, please contact us within 5 business days.
  • For errors on our part, a pre-paid Waybill will be provided to facilitate the return process.
  • If the error is due to customer order, customers are responsible for the following:
    • Returning incorrectly ordered items.
    • Placing a new order for the correct items.
  • Credits for returned items will be processed upon receipt and inspection by our warehouse.
  • Please allow 2-4 weeks for packages to be inspected and processed for credit.


No Signature Required:

When checking No Signature Required on an order, customers are authorizing that the order can be left at the consignee's address without a signature as proof of delivery. By doing so, you accept liability for any loss or damage to the package after delivery.
